• Order information, including selected branch, products, customizations, messages, schedule, instructions, and order history.
• Delivery information, such as house or unit, street, barangay, city, landmark, distance, and courier instructions.
• Payment-related information, such as payment method, reference number, payment status, and an uploaded payment proof when used. Card details entered on a payment provider’s hosted page are handled by that provider and are not intended to be stored by The Fold Pizza.
• Technical and security information reasonably generated when you use the website, such as request logs, timestamps, and information needed to prevent abuse or diagnose errors.
• Fold Rewards information associated with your mobile number, including stamps and available rewards.
• Limited anonymous website events, such as menu and product views, cart additions, checkout starts, and placed orders. These analytics use a random browser identifier and do not include your name, mobile number, address, or payment details.

We process information to take and fulfill orders, confirm payments, communicate order status, provide delivery or pickup, operate Fold Rewards, understand and improve the ordering experience, respond to questions and complaints, issue appropriate refunds, prevent fraud, maintain records, secure the service, comply with legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims.

Processing may be necessary to perform our transaction with you, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or act with your consent where consent is required.

We disclose only information reasonably needed by the selected branch, authorized staff, kitchen personnel, delivery riders or couriers, payment processors such as PayMongo when enabled, website and cloud-service providers, professional advisers, and government authorities when required by law.

Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform and to apply appropriate safeguards. Their own privacy notices may also apply when you interact directly with them.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, and legal requirements. Retention periods can differ by record type. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

The ordering service is intended for customers capable of entering into a purchase transaction. A parent or guardian should place orders for a minor. Our pages may link to Facebook, mapping, courier, or payment services; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
